Kim has 18 years of experience helping teams and organizations rethink how they work together to achieve the strategic objectives.  Her experience has centered on leading teams, programs, and processes to effectively accomplish the business objectives.  Her experience includes 10 years at Nike, Inc. in a variety of roles including being a part of an internal organization development team.  Kim has a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.  At the core of her practice is the understanding that changing the dialogue, changes the possibilities.
