CREATE STRATEGIC CLARITY

Resolute Purpose/Direction Setting/Team Alignment/Shared Knowledge/Energy Mulitplier/Desired Outcomes

Strategy can be tricky.  There are various ways that people define and approach strategy. My entry point for work around creating strategic clarity, starts with discovering the organizations perspective on strategy and gathering data on how the current strategy is working. The insight gained will inform the approach.

An example may be that of an organization that views strategy strictly as a plan to be documented and followed. Discovery may find that the plan is well formed, however, doesn't take into consideration impact of outside competitors who are changing the shape of the industry.  The organization may find itself struggling to know how to adapt or change the plan.  Team members may start to form opposing points of view as the plans promise of successful outcomes starts to diminish. Strategic clarity is lost.
